Li Shoubai is currently the Vice Chairman of the Paper-cut Art Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Representative of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress, the Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Cultural Association, the Chairman of the Shanghai Folk Artists Association, a member of the Shanghai Artists Association, a master of Shanghai Arts and Crafts, the representative inheritor of the "non-relict" Haipai paper-cut, and the founder and artistic director of Shanghai Shoubai Culture and Art Co., Ltd. More than 40 years of creation and publication of more than 1000 works of art, has been awarded in China's "German art double-singing paper-cut art master", Shanghai "German art double-singing literary workers", "Shanghai leading talent", "Shanghai outstanding young and middle-aged artists" and other titles.
